For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Greekflow include greekflow.com and any applications served under this domain or the GreekFlow brand. The Company's website is a Software as a Service (SaaS) site. By using Greekflow website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

None of the data obtained by Google's API are sent to any third parties or saved in our database.

• Data Storage: All sensitive financial information is stored securely by our third-party Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, adhering to industry standards and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
• Data Usage: We use the transaction data to provide and improve our services, including monitoring and analyzing your transactions to offer personalized features.
• Data Sharing: We do not share your financial information with any third parties, except as required to provide our services or as required by law. Organizations may elect to share transaction data to specific users or role groups within their organization. This election is made by the client organization within its administrative settings and is not controlled by GreekFlow.
• Third-Party Access: Trusted third-party BaaS providers handle all sensitive financial data securely. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
• Data Security: GreekFlow implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure access protocols, to protect your financial information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Greekflow does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Greekflow may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. You will be able to connect your Company's account to third-party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR COMPANYS ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY SITES).
