Introducing GreekFlow: The All-in-One Platform for GreekLife

We are thrilled to announce the beta launch of GreekFlow, the first all-in-one platform built specifically for Greek life; combinining modern technology with powerful automation to streamline chapter management. Unlike existing solutions that focus on one or two aspects—like recruitment, dues collection, or attendance tracking—GreekFlow will centralize everything a Greek organization needs in one place, including academics, financials, alumni relations, event management, and recruitment– just to name a few.

What’s Available in the Beta

A pre-release (beta) version of GreekFlow is already available with several core features fully built out, including study tools, grade checks, rush management, roster management, and role-based access controls. Here’s how each tool will help take your chapter to the next level:

🏃 Rush Management

Ditch your spreadsheets and streamline rush week this semester with our comprehensive system created specifically for greek life. GreekFlow makes rush week a breeze by creating a profile for each of your PNMs after scanning a QR code or being referred by another brother. For each rush event, you can easily track attendance by having PNMs scan another QR code or take attendance manually.

Throughout rush week, brothers can browse through all PNMs viewing a picture of them, their attendance, and any notes you wrote on their profile. They can also write their own comments and like or dislike the PNM.

As Rush Chair, you can mark if you're planning on dropping or keeping them, and even export your entire roster if you want. Additionally, our AI will create a comprehensive report for each PNM which includes potential LinkedIn profiles, high school sports profiles, etc.

🎓 Grade Checks

Ensure your chapter's academic success with our powerful Grade Check tool, designed to keep everyone on track. As the Academic Chair, you can effortlessly create a grade check and select the brothers you'd like to include. Whether you're monitoring individual progress or evaluating the chapter as a whole, our system simplifies the process.

Each brother then fills out their grade check, providing their latest letter and percent grades. Once submitted, the platform automatically compiles the data, giving you a clear picture of academic performance. Key metrics include each brother's lowest grade, average percent grade, and even GPA changes over time.

This feature empowers you to identify areas where members may need additional support, celebrate academic achievements, and maintain transparency within your chapter. With everything in one place, staying on top of your chapter's academics has never been easier.

📚 Exam Bank

Never let your chapter walk into a test unprepared again. Our Exam Bank is a secure, shared repository exclusively for your chapter. Here, brothers can upload and access past exams, study guides, and other helpful resources for their courses. It’s your private hub for fostering collaboration and academic excellence within your organization.

Uploading materials to the Exam Bank is quick and straightforward—simply upload your documents, and they’ll be available for brothers to browse by course, professor, or subject. These resources are only accessible to members of your chapter, ensuring that your collective knowledge stays within the organization.

👥 Members Directory

Stay connected and informed with our comprehensive Members Directory, designed to keep your chapter organized and collaborative. Each brother creates a profile where they can input essential information like their phone number, expected graduation year, Big Brother/Sister, LinkedIn profile, current courses, and even upload their resume.

As members set their Big Brother or Sister, the system automatically generates a family tree, giving your chapter a visual representation of your lineage and traditions. This feature strengthens the sense of belonging by celebrating the unique connections that define your organization.

The Members Directory makes it easy to access each other’s profiles, fostering stronger relationships and enhancing collaboration within the chapter. Whether you need to find someone in the same course, network professionally through LinkedIn, or organize your chapter’s family structure, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

This directory isn’t just a tool; it’s a dynamic hub for boosting connections, academic and career success, and celebrating the legacy of your chapter. With everyone’s information and family tree in one secure place, your chapter will feel more united than ever.

Managing your chapter’s finances is about to get a whole lot easier. With GreekFlow Treasury, you’ll be able to link your organization’s bank account directly to the platform, allowing our AI to streamline financial tracking and budgeting like never before.

Gone are the days of manually sorting through transactions—our AI will automatically categorize charges into their respective budgets, ensuring every dollar is accounted for. Whether you’re collecting dues, creating budgets, or tracking expenses, the Treasury feature will provide a clear and comprehensive view of your chapter’s finances.

Our system will ensure all alumni information is up-to-date by locating their current contact details, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant information. But we don’t stop there—our platform will facilitate connections between alumni and active members by matching them for job and internship opportunities based on their career paths, skills, and interests.
